Advocacy can take on a variety of forms.

The Coalition of African Diaspora Student-Athletes is founded and led by former and current collegiate student-athletes. This organization provides a pathway for graduated Black student-athletes to invest in the lives of future athletes navigating the changing collegiate sports landscape. In joining our team, one gains first-hand experience with non-profit leadership and works closely with NCAA programs to bring mentorship, support, and community to Black athletes around the country.
